If you are paying your water bill on-line, please be advised there are other companies that may mislead you into thinking you are using the Hamilton Water District website: hamiltonwaterdistrict.com

There are risks in using a misleading website:

     - Your payment may arrive late
     - Late fees may be added
     - Your water may get disconnected
     - Convenience fees may be higher
     - Hamilton Water District has no way of knowing you used this other method for payment

Please make sure you only use our official website at hamiltonwaterdistrict.com for payments.

Hamilton Water District has partnered with Nexbillpay to extend additional payment options for our customers interested in using their check, debit card or credit card to pay their bill. Nexbillpay is a trusted third party automated payment service that allows you to pay your bill online.

What is the service fee?
Nexbillpay charges a small service fee to cover payment handling and all processing charges. The Service Fee will be calculated and disclosed prior to finishing your payment.

Does Hamilton Water District keep any part of the service fee?
Hamilton Water District does not keep any part of the Nexbillpay service fee. Nexbillpay is a sepaarate entity providing a service for all customers of Hamilton Water District.

IMPORTANT: If your water is disconnected or about to be disconnected, Hamilton Water District is not liable. If you receive a disconnect notice and do not call our office before making payment, your services may be disconnected and you will be subject to a reconnect fee. If you are disconnected, your account balance plus a reconnect fee will need to be paid in FULL before services are reconnected. If you are currently disconnected and make an online payment, your utilities WILL NOT be reconnected unless you contact our office to inform us of the payment. Hamilton Water District allows up to 24 hours after we receive payment to reconnect any services. We do not turn water on over the weekends,
holidays, or after 3:00 pm. Office hours (7:30-4) closed during lunch.
